Will apple stores still stock iphone 4, when iphone 5/4s is released?
So i dont think i like the rumors about a new cheaper plastic iphone 4. I love the glass plated ones, but if iphone 5 is coming out i want that. Since im not sure which is coming out or what features they will have. Im wondering if they will continue to sell iphone 4 in apple stores at a reduced price (factory unlocked) or will they immediatly take all of them off the shelves once the iphone 5 hits the market. What are chances of iphone 5 being released as factory unlocked immediatly as well?
I doubt that Apple would release a plastic screened iPhone 4. I think they would stick with their current strategy of having 1 model of the iPhone 4 still available for $100 less than the cheaper iPhone 4S/5. It works great for them so far with the iPhone 3GS. People buy that over brand new Android phones.
I’d say a FU iPhone 5 is a given just like when the iPhone 4 was released with FU models (though not in the US at the time)
