Just got a new iphone 4 and the touchscreen is not working?
I have just got my brand new iphone 4 out of the box and turned it on and the touchscreen seems to be completely unresponsive. The phone still says waiting to be activated because i am having my number swapped over onto a mini sim. But the screen should still work right? I have tried to restart it and it is doing nothing. Any ideas? Cheers
Hi, Don’t worry. It only seems unresponsive because you haven’t connected to iTunes yet. You cant use the iPhone until you do this as you have to register the phone with them before you can use it. Until you do you are stuck with what is known as a brick ♥
