iphone 2g digitizer replacement
do i need a digitizer for my cracked iphone 2G?
i bought replacement glass and the tools but i watched a youtube video and it said u need the digitizer so i need to know what to buy…
The digitizer & screen are fused together with silicon, if you open your Iphone and take of the chrome bezel, then you can cut between the 2 parts , you need to use a NEW cutter knife and be sure not to put stress on the digitizer since the smallest crack in it will make it stop working. I tried this already multiple times, and my success rate is somewhere 30%…
after you separated the 2 parts you can fuse the new screen on with liquid silicon, I use the silicon from my factory (to make LED lenses)
